Every detail of the gemstone, from the color to size to facet to girdle, is carefully checked to ensure your gemstones are brilliant & flawless.
Inspecting Overall Quality
At PengDa Jewelry, we only accept top quality gemstones.
After being cut & polished in our suppliers' factories, all gemstones will first undergo a preliminary inspection in our selection center to see if the overall quality meets the requirements.
If not, all the gemstones will be sent back to the factory. Parameters of the cutting & polishing machines will be reset to refine the products.
Filtering By Size
When it comes to gemstone mounting, precision is the key. That's why we pay great effort to screen out the gemstones that are out of size.
Each gemstone will go through 2 special filters to make sure the tolerance of crown size & pavilion depth is kept within 0.05mm.
Picking Defective Gemstones,
Not Once But Thrice
This is the most crucial step which ensures gemstones selected are flawless & brilliant.
Our experienced gemstone specialists will carefully pick out defective gems with their own eyes like:
• Cracking gemstones
• Gemstones with unpolished facets
• Gemstones with uneven girdles
• Gemstones that are not brilliant enough
This step is repeated 3 times by different gemstone specialists to guarantee you all receive are perfect stones.
Cleaning With Alcohol,
Not Once But Twice
At PengDa Jewelry, we pay attention to even the smallest detail.
After the 1st & 3rd picking of defective gemstones, our workers will wipe them with alcohol to remove the adhesive left during processing, making your gemstones look more bright & attractive.
Filtering By Quantity
We try our best to ensure you get the exact amount of gemstones you order, nothing more, nothing less.
Qualified gemstones will go through a special filter to screen out the precise quantity for each package.
Vacuum Packaging
& Delivery
At PengDa Jewelry, we guarantee all the gemstones you receive are in perfect condition.
To protect your gemstones from dust and other impurities, we offer free vacuum packaging. (Logo customization is available upon request.)
Finally, we carefully put bags of gemstones into cartons that are ready for air transport.
